Good position.
Everybody smoked on the balcony and all the smoke came in to my non smoking room. Wifi didn't work properly.

Very good location, clean room and bathroom, balcony, good value for the price.Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, tiszta szoba és fürdőszoba, erkély, megéri az árát.
Third bed was not comfortable. A harmadik ágy nem volt kényelmes.

Beyond our expectation. All in all, this 'home-atmosphere' house is better than most 3-star hotels. Really nice location, peaceful and quite.
Credit card payment should be supported.

Great place to relax by the water, go walking and swimming, take day trips to surrounding cities such as Verona. We went during the first week of August and were lucky enough to have a week of sunshine and really hot weather, but it was stormy weather on the day we left; I think the weather is a bit changeable in that area. We were probably one of few, if not the only english couple there, most of the tourists were German or Italian, which was actually quite nice but just makes communicating that bit more difficult. But you get by easily enough and it's nice not to be surrounded by British tourists.
It is difficult to talk to the owners who speak minimal English but they are really friendly, and as long as you do your research about the area and things to do beforehand you do not have much need to ask them for lots of information in English. Breakfast is an additional cost of 8 Euros per person which we could not afford on our budget backpacking holiday. Overall better than we expected and would definitely stay here again!

The owner of the hotel kindly picked us up from a nearby town after an unhelpful bus driver advised us it was our stop. The owners were very friendly although they did not speak much english nor did we italian. We liked it so much, we asked to stay a further night, this was no trouble for them.
We visited in late August 2012 when the temperature reached 35 deg c so was difficult to sleep without air con.

1. Located near the lake, which is good. Not in front of the lake, but near lake anyway. 2. Garage is big, it can fit big cars (our one was about 2.3 meters high and it was ok). And parking is not expensive. Even if parking is full owners do their best to help guests to park, allowing park in the hotel garden for some hours. 3. Right near the hotel there is ship stop. You can use ship to get to other towns on Lake Garda 4. Rooms have balconies which are very useful due to room size. 5. Rather quiet at night. There is a restaurant in front of the hotel which closes around 22-23, and once it is closed everything becomes quiet.
Extremely small rooms, and no a/c and fridge. (There is shared fridge in the foyer).

I did not need to pay 5,- EUR per day for parking!
My personal (sure, and a very subjective!) impression about this hotel is not positive. In this region is the main problem is the parking place. This hotel offers a garage, but the space is limited. What should the guests do if they would arrive and all parking places are busy? The senior owner wants extra 5,-EUR per day for the reservation of the parking lot, if you have arrived and you are lucky that a place is free. Otherwise she does not guarantee that you can park. Sounds like attempt at “blackmails” so that I said immediately “yes” I pay. At the end she has not charged it at all. I think, she has understood we did not like this place. In the hallway there was smelling of something “odd”. She closes the gate at 23:00! What if the guests would be coming after 23:00? Unusual in the modern world. No TV SET in the room! A real one star place. Very bad value for this money and a strange atmosphere in the hotel.
